Shakira was great to work with. She was organized, thorough, fast, and encouraging. She was able to roll with our evolving idea during the first week a half as we tested out partners and gained new information. She was able to articulate and synthesize complex ideas clearly and persuasively in her writing. She was responsive and supportive when we ran into technical issues along the way.
